For the convenience of our riders we use this (google) online real time calendar schedule (this is a read only version).  This means that if a  rider misses a scheduled ride they can look at the calendar, find what times are available (marked as open) and book that time for a make up ride.   Also should a rider know in advance that they will not be able to ride at their scheduled time, we ask that they open up that time period (mark as open) for the benefit of others.  Be patient, sometimes it takes up to 2 minutes (on dialup) for the calendar to load.
